ECELON CONSULTING is a strategy and business consulting and services company which has been founded in response to the client’s need to derive tangible value from outsourcing and offshoring projects in a demanding marketplace.

Ecelon has two focused consulting practices:

Project Governance for IT/ITes projects: Service providers and clients in the technology outsourcing services have significantly moved up the maturity curve in the past decade. However, without initiatives like close engagement with the project, on-the-ground governance, continuous risk and cost monitoring and rigorous performance measurement, projects often run the risk of not meeting their business goals. In this scenario, it is critical that corporations get ‘closer’ to offshore projects, which remains a huge challenge due to limited resources. The role of third-party independent consultants, who bring with them an objective view, domain expertise and knowledge of proven industry best practices, is invaluable in ensuring that projects stay on course and all potential risks are proactively handled. Legal Offshoring Strategy and Management: Another industry that is beginning to be impacted by offshore outsourcing and technology is the world of attorneys and law.
